Young Adults
Social media pressure, peer dynamics, academic and career competition, student loan stress, uncertainty about identity, and constant comparison are just a few of the pressures young adults are navigating. Many are living away from home for the first time while trying to make major decisions about relationships, career paths, and who they want to become. The expectation to be independent, successful, and socially connected all at once can feel overwhelming.
It is not surprising that rates of anxiety, depression, and burnout among young adults continue to rise. While many college campuses offer counseling services, they are often limited in availability, short term in nature, or not equipped to provide specialized, ongoing support. Students who are high achieving, perfectionistic, or quietly struggling may fall through the cracks because they appear to be functioning well on the surface.
Focused, individualized support can help young adults develop emotional regulation skills, build a stable sense of identity, improve relationship patterns, and navigate academic and career pressures with greater clarity and confidence.
